No, the size of our dummies haven’t changed. However what you may be noticing is the enlargement of your original dummy. After heavy use the nipple of the dummy expands, hence we recommend replacing the dummy every 8-12 weeks or having a few in rotation to extend the use time. Having a few dummies also allows you to completely dry the dummy before it’s used again. Unlike some other dummies being 100% natural means we don’t use stabilising chemicals that keep the shape of the nipple.

Another possible cause is oil. Natural Rubber is very sensitive to oil contamination such as fried, baby food and so on. This oil will cause the rubber to swell and reduce properties!

Before the first use, just sterilize by immersing the pacifier in boiling water for five minutes. If you use a sterilizer, sterilize for ten minutes. Afterwards, just clean on a daily basis, by washing it in mild liquid soap—or sterilize it by pouring boiling water over it.

After each clean be sure to squeeze the nipple & get all the water out - set aside to cool and dry out completely!

Do not use a pacifier that shows any changes in color or irregularities of pacifier, because it is made of natural rubber, the nipple may expand a bit with use.
